Programming Events

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Centennial Park to host a Programming Event. We are excited about the opportunity to partner with you. As you may know, Centennial Park is a public park that is privately operated, maintained, and programmed by the Midland Downtown Park Conservancy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The mission of Centennial Park is to provide a premier green space and gathering place in downtown Midland, enrich the quality of place for our residents and visitors, and act as a catalyst for social and economic growth. We can achieve this mission by providing excellent programming activities through partnerships.

We look forward to partnering with local businesses to provide a variety of FREE activities for individuals and families to enjoy. To become a partner, your activity must be a free event open to the public. We are always looking for ways to expand the diversity of activities offered. Examples of activities include, but are not limited to, educational, fitness/recreation, movie nights, live music, storytelling, dancing, etc. As part of the partnership, Centennial Park will use your logo to promote the activity on Facebook, Instagram, the website calendar, and the video board at the park. Our partners are welcome to set up a table and distribute flyers to promote their business during their event.

While we would like to host every Programming Event we receive an application for, unfortunately, that may not be the reality due to scheduling and/or mission alignment.

We require a minimum of two weeks notice when booking a programming activity. Please review our General Park Rules and fill out the application below to get started. Once we receive your application, a Centennial Park team member will follow up with a phone call or email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the Park to process your request. If you have additional questions, please email programming@centennialparkmidland.org.

*Special Note: All applications are subject to review by the Administrative Committee of the Midland Downtown Park Conservancy (the "Administrative Committee"). The submittal of an application by an applicant does not guarantee the approval of a Programming Partnership. The Administrative Committee may accept or reject such an application in its sole and absolute discretion.
