1:00 - 1:30 HIIT Workout - Grab your tennis shoes and join us for an exciting HIIT4FITT work out for the whole family at Centennial Park! High-Intensity Interval Training involves short bursts of 80–85% exertion followed by a brief rest period. The class is for people at all levels. 2:00 - 3:00 Dance Class - The River Fine Arts will be partnering with Centennial Park for the Spring Break Field Day to provide a free dance class for school aged children.
